Relationships in business come and go, my relationship with Michael Norwitz spans more than 35 years and for one very good reason - service! He has a lifetime experience in printing, he knows quality, the best way of achieving print and folds, the importance of meeting deadlines - and is not afraid to get into his car and travel the distance in the dead of night to make sure that printing presses are running, or fixing any problems.

Michael also has a hidden ‘band aid’ in his first aid kit - his daughter, Teneal. She knows her way around the complexities of computer design and printers' requirements, she operates her own design studio. When my staff make a mistake - and they do - she has always stepped in to correct the problem causing the hold-up and so saving time.

In my forty plus years of publishing I have moved my business from printer to printer in order to follow Michael and I am sure my sons will do the same when I retire. And that’s been our relationship, Michael earned our loyalty, today we regard him as a valued member of our team!
